Send us a text

Join Fr. Aaron & Marissa Burt for this week's episode, in which they consider the readings for the Proper 18, Year B in the Lectionary cycle: Proverbs 22:1-2, 8-9, 22-23 & Psalm 125; Isaiah 35:4-7a & Psalm 146; James 2:1-17; Mark 7:24-37.

They consider the biblical theme of rich and poor as found in the Proverbs and James' instruction to the early church as well as Jesus' healing of the Syrophoenician woman's daughter and of the the man who could not hear or speak.
